- No minimum order is ever required by FashionableFurnishings.
All purchase orders must be issued by phone, on the website (www.ele-mode.com), or in writing through a FashionableFurnishings sales representative.
48-Hour Quick Ship Policy
- In today’s high-stakes marketplace driven by top-notch technology, your office furniture solutions must be available quickly and reliably.
- We ship orders within 48 business hours providing:
- Customer is cleared for credit approval or payment has been approved
- Orders are received during normal business hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
- Chairs are in stock at time of order.
- Non-shipment results due to acts of God are not covered under this guarantee.
- All furniture items in the 48-Hour Quick Ship Policy can be shipped via FedEx. Please note that although our shipment methods include FedEx, your order will be shipped via the best method based on time and quantity.
- If any item in your purchase order is not in stock, you will be notified. Upon notification, you will have the following options to choose from:
- Ship the items that are available now and back order the out of stock items. (Split-shipment)
- Hold the order until all items are in stock and then ship the entire order complete. (Hold and Consolidate)
- Ship the items that are available now and cancel the order for items not in stock.
- FashionableFurnishings uses UPS Ground shipping, which may take 3-10 business days depending on where your company or residence is located.
- There is minor assembly required for each chair. An adjustment and performance check should be done upon receipt of merchandise. If you find the merchandise defective after 30 days, we regret that we will not be able to accept return.
- If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, or if you find that it is defective or damaged, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date from FashionableFurnishings with proof of purchase.
- After 30 days, FashionableFurnishings will replace the defective or damaged parts and components based on the guidelines within the limited warranty.
- Please call FashionableFurnishings to obtain a Return Authorization Ticket.
- If the return is an exchange for damaged merchandise, FashionableFurnishings will issue a FedEx ticket. Otherwise the retailer is responsible for all return shipping.
- Merchandise returned free of defects or damages must be returned in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Customer must return the merchandise freight prepaid to FashionableFurnishings designated location: 1642 Westwood Blvd., suite 201, Los Angeles, CA 90024. FashionableFurnishings will not refund to customer the original shipping charges. In addition, FashionableFurnishings can assess up to a 25% restocking fee against the Customer’s account on all non-defective returns for refund/exchange.
- Credit for the full cost minus shipping and processing fees, where applicable, will be issued to customers upon receipt of the returned merchandise and inspection by FashionableFurnishings.
- Damages due to freight carrier mishandling and/or concealed damage, must be reported within 7 days of receipt of product. Credit for damaged merchandise will be issued to customers upon resolution of the claim to the freight carrier on behalf of the customer.
- Damages done with shipping 3rd party are not covered in this return policy. Customer will be responsible for any claims that need to be filed with the 3rd party carrier, both Trucking and FedEx/UPS.
Limited 5-Year Warranty
- FashionableFurnishings assures total customer satisfaction and will always stand behind their products.
- FashionableFurnishings wants you to be happy with your purchase. When used and maintained properly, they will provide you with years of satisfaction.
- FashionableFurnishings warrants to the original purchaser all components of the product for five years after the original retail purchase date with the exception of upholstery, foam, gas cylinders, wood components, control mechanisms, and electronic components.
- FashionableFurnishings warrants to the original purchase with proof of purchase that all parts will be free from material defects.
- Customer’s own material is not warranted.
- Warranty is limited to normal usage, not exceeding forty hours per week and 250 lb. weight.
- The warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the damaged part and does not cover cost of transportation, shipping and/or labor.
- FashionableFurnishings may request that you replace defective parts with new or reconditioned user-installable parts that FashionableFurnishings provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by FashionableFurnishings, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes FashionableFurnishings' property. Parts provided by FashionableFurnishings in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. Any defective hardware piece must be received back into the warehouse before ANY refund will be issued. When sending a replacement part, FashionableFurnishings is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with either sending the replacement part or returning the original defective part. FashionableFurnishings is also not responsible for any labor costs associated with installing the replacement part.
- There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described.
- FashionableFurnishings shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
